Your wishes, our offer
How do I register?
Start your property search at Lighthouse today. We are happy to explain all the steps.

The main registration is in full swing!
During the main registration, you must submit all your personal documents and details for your profile to be screened. You can use this to select the apartments that meet your housing requirements and indicate your preferences. After completing the main registration, the rental team will screen your profile and provide you with feedback.

Have you already started the main registration? Make sure you provide all your details in full via my main registration portal.

We started the allocation process on 10 April 2025.

Not registered yet? Register today for the main registration. The sooner you register, the greater your chance of securing your dream home in Eindhoven's tallest residential tower!

Screening and approval of registrations
We screen each registration based on the documentation provided.

Allocation phases
The apartments will be allocated based on a predetermined order in which first the income requirements in accordance with the NIBUD guidelines are checked, then key professions are considered, and finally the remaining candidates are selected at random.

Accepting apartments
After the screening, we will approach the selected candidates. We will inform you which apartment has been assigned to you. This must be accepted or refused within the deadline mentioned in the e-mail. Once you have accepted the apartment, you will receive the rental agreement to sign. Finally, you will receive one invoice stating the first rental period and the deposit. The deposit can be paid via Saveon. The invoice must be paid no later than 15 July 2025 or 7 days after receipt of the rental agreement.

Key transfer and moving in
For check-in, we organise key transfer days when you can pick up your keys. You will receive plenty of notice in advance of the key transfer days so that you can schedule a time slot.
After the key handover, you can reserve a time slot for your move so that everyone has enough time to move their belongings. The check-in days (key handover) will take place from 27 August to 29 August.
The time slots for moving in are available from 30 August to 13 September. You will receive an invitation to reserve a check-in time and later reserve a rental period.
I have not been assigned an apartment, what now?
Were you not selected for an apartment? Don't panic! We have your screened profile in our system. As soon as an apartment becomes available that matches your profile, it can be assigned to you. So keep an eye on your email.
